Pacific Golf Estate is a new concept based integrated township on a 35-acre hilltop site with the picturesque backdrop of Shivalik mountain ranges of Dehradun.

The city’s first integrated Golf Township is spread across a nine-hole golf course and is a diverse mix of penthouses, residences and studio apartments. The design concept focused on taking advantage of the natural views of the surrounding hill and the greenery of the large golf course area.Apartments are planned around the periphery of the site with apartments either facing the central golf course or the picturesque backdrop of Shivalik range. Buildings are at average distance of 200 to 250m with uninterrupted views and ensuring the privacy of each apartment.
