The Pick ‘n Pay Head Office in Cape Town is located in Kenilworth. The head office responsibilities are shared between Cape Town and Johannesburg. The development consists of 4 independent buildings, each arranged around their own internal courtyards, ranging in height of between two and three stories.

Between the buildings, the spaces have been designed as a pedestrian street with hard and soft landscaped features, all designed over a common basement parking level and creating a podium feature.
