The retail component of The Palms encompasses 50% of the space, offering its visitors the best food, fashion and lifestyle brands. The building is the first of its kind to offer parking options to its customers with a total of 800 bays. A context-specific approach was taken in development: tenants worked in conjunction with the design architects to create an interior space that was specific to their needs. A simple design approach creates a modern contemporary atmosphere: skylights and high tech artificial lighting solutions are used to create a dynamic interior space and to increase visibility of the centre at night.
