Secura Investment Management Company is in the process of rolling out multiple retail centres across Tier 2 and 3 cities of Kerala. This unique model is templatised so as to be replicated rapidly across different locations. The product mix comprises of a hyper market, supermarket, fashion anchor and vanilla stores along with a multiplex and various F&B options. While the density of Kerala is relatively high as compared to other States, the population is spread across the entire State with a good road network providing mobility to the semi-urban catchment population. Secura Centres, therefore, target a large geographic coverage for it’s offering. Bentel designed the project considering these aspects of providing templatised but site based customized architecture and interior design solutions for the Client.
