Prestige Forum is a mixed use development located along the key arterial road NH-66 passing through Kochi, the capital city of Kerala in South India. Bentel’s expertise in interior design and façade design was sought in the retail component of the project.

The design concept of this project is based on traditional style and culture of Kerala such as the lush green countryside, the textiles, the local Art, houseboats and many more such elements. The façade design forms an important element of the project and calls for an impactful design due to frontage afforded on the arterial road. Here, the local palm trees - commonplace in every home and region of Kerala - formed the backbone of the visual language. Similarly, the interiors drew on the colour palette of the local ‘Kesavu’ saree attire which consists of pure white cotton with a gold brocade. Thus, the project is envisaged as a place of joyous celebration for every outing.
