Pacific D21 Mall is located alongside the terminal station of two metro corridors (Blue Line and the Airport Express) in the capital city of Delhi. Therefore, it avails of direct connectivity to the metro users in addition to the dense residential catchment of the Dwarka micro-market. Spread across approx. 300,000 sq. ft., the mall offers over 100 international and national brands of repute. Bentel overcame several design challenges of low ceiling heights, integration with metro junction at different levels, parking and limited external frontage to provide an optimal shopping experience. The mall opened to rousing success in 2019.
