Nucleus Mall is located in the heart of Ranchi city with residential buildings and educational institutions surrounding it. The mall design is simple yet contemporary. Sustainable measures in energy conservation have been implemented. The mall has a skylight and glass façade to maximise natural light, whilst controlling glare and solar gain at the same time. The mall features LED lighting and an air-conditioning system designed in a manner so as to save on energy consumption. In order to celebrate the culture of this city, an area of the façade has been dedicated to local culture and paintings.
