Hilite Mall is located along a key arterial highway in Kerala and thereby provides a large linear catchment connecting several urban and semi-urban nodes in the region. Access to this lifestyle center is from the arterial road connecting the highway to the city center of Thrissur. The façade was designed for maximizing visibility to highway travellers from afar while the interior space married themes of vernacular Kerala with that of modern urban spaces.

The project consists of a retail area of 382,000 sq. ft. while a 700 slot multi-level car park alongside the retail areas ensures an even spread of footfalls across all levels of the retail mall. The vertical circulation cores are strategically located while the hypermarket is connected using travellators for shopper convenience. The mall consists of 2 anchors, a large 5-screen multiplex and a large hypermarket. It also includes a large entertainment component for all age groups with several activities also utilizing the terrace space. The project also provides for a prayer room, a common feature across all projects for the Client.
