Eva Mall is located in the suburbs of Vadodara, which does not have any other large retail format in the vicinity. The retail centre consists of a varied mix, including a hypermarket, multiplex, fashion anchors, well-appointed food court, multiple restaurants and even a banquet hall. Energy conservation was one of the main objectives while designing the centre and hence the mall has a skylight to allow natural sunlight during the day. LED lighting is used during the evenings. The mall’s façade has a contemporary design. Steel, glass and a perforated mesh fabric have been used to give the centre a fresh and vibrant look.
