A large convention centre, christened ‘Visa Boulevard’ is proposed at New Raipur, a satellite city of Raipur, which is also the 4th planned city in India. The development which is divided into two phases will have hospitality and commercial components in the first phase and commercial and retail components in the second phase. The masterplan is designed to follow stringent adherences to Vastu principles. The design is also sustainable and follows all requirements of a LEED Certification.

The commercial component is designed with rich landscaped internal Boulevards. A peripheral ring road encompasses the complex allowing easy access to the buildings, parking and exit of the site.
