Holiday Inn Express is a 180 key business hotel, part of the under construction mixed use development comprising of Vegas mall, offices and a Crowne Plaza hotel. The mall was inaugurated in late 2019 to rousing success and has set new benchmarks in retail design. The Holiday Inn Express complements the rest of the product mix of the development by way of catering to business guests as well as short stay leisure guests.

The design of the façade integrates a glass façade with leaf motifs in continuation of the theme of the retail and office components. The hotel will include a large banquet space with sub-divisibility into smaller spaces as per requirements. F&B options include an all-day café, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a lounge.
