CP67 is a mixed-use development along the New International Airport Road in Mohali, the capital city of Punjab in North India. Giving due consideration to the site dynamics, the project is planned with a linear atrium facing the arterial road, thereby providing maximum visibility to the retail shops along the approx. 300 meter frontage.

The cumulative retail area of approx. 28,000 sq. mt. is spread across three levels and include a 7 -screen cinema along with a Family Entertainment Center (FEC) and restaurants. Upper levels of the project consist of offices and serviced apartments. These apartments are envisaged to provide one of the most luxurious experiences in the city of Mohali.
