Open on Oxford, located on the corner of Oxford and Glenhove Rd in Rosebank, is the fourth corporate café of its kind. When considering the design of the store it was important to understand the context of its location and how this space would be utilized. Open On Oxford is a setting that caters for convenience, quick in and out purchases, informal business meetings as well as groups of professionals enjoying a few drinks after work. As a result the furnishings selected support these activities by incorporating a combination of seating arrangements. A true feature to the space is a purpose designed table manufactured from a trimmed tree trunk and glass. The use of timber has been continued into shelving and display units. The low hanging pendants and use of a warm colour palette of brown and natural hues all lead to a welcoming and stylish space.
