This 30 000 m² shopping centre is a Retail Africa, Blue Cloud Investments and Standard Bank Properties development and forms part of the bigger existing retail node. Bentel was tasked with creating an outdoor orientated shopping centre which responds to the indigenous landscape and reflects the heritage of the area.

Timber and rock have been used in the design, merging natural elements into the overall architecture. Indigenous Leopard trees act as a natural canopy under which outdoor restaurant seating is located. Bentel addressed the pragmatic needs of the client in a manner which respects and celebrates the local heritage through unique and responsive design solutions.
