Legacy Hotels and Resorts commissioned a luxurious hospitality location to cater to the high-end market. Designed as an all-encompassing multi-use environment, Legacy Corner includes retail areas, residential apartments and a hotel.

The three retail levels connect to Nelson Mandela Square directly, encouraging a convenient shopping experience. The six-level DaVinci Hotel features a wide range of rooms: apartments and penthouses replete with fitness facilities, a sun deck, and a pool. The residential apartments cater to urban executives who desire a secure and exclusive environment styled according to sophisticated design principles.

The design of Legacy Corner utilises a “green” approach. Sustainable materials are used to increase energy efficiency. Thermally efficient skins on the North and West facades as well as solar heating technology are both examples of Bentel’s drive to make commercial buildings more environmentally responsive.
