Gautrain stations – Gauteng, South Africa
The development of the Gautrain Rapid-Rail System was initiated in response to the announcement of South Africa as the host of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. BAI was commissioned to create the design for the OR Tambo International Airport, Marlboro and Rhodesfield stations.

Bedford Square Precinct – Johannesburg, South Africa
Bedford Square Precinct is a prime example of BAI’s mixed use capabilities. Well positioned to cater to a wide catchment area, the multi-faceted centre incorporates retail and residential elements in a compact urban format.

Accra Mall – Accra, Ghana
Accra Mall is the brainchild of Joseph Owusu-Akyaw, a professional banker who is a significant figure in the field of commercial and development banking in Ghana. BAI were enlisted to create a world-class retail environment to cater to the emergent middle class in Ghana.
