The Pick ‘n Pay Head Office in Johannesburg is located in Kensington, close to the Johannesburg CBD and major arterial roads and highways. The head office responsibilities are shared between Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The development consists of 4 independent buildings, ranging in height of between two and three stories. Included is a conference centre, taking up the southern end location. The buildings are built above a large semi-basement, which forms a pedestrianised courtyard podium. The courtyard space is a central feature between the buildings and is landscaped with water features, grassed areas and walkways that link the buildings. The buildings are treated aesthetically with a light palette of painted and feature cladding surfaces, and offset by darkened glazing to maintain a corporate stylistic approach.
