Construction of First National Bank’s new office development in Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal was completed in November 2014. The FNB Acacia House complex is the regional office for FNB, Rand Merchant Bank and other divisions within the Group.

The traditional institutional space is interpreted into a warm and inviting area with rich textured surfaces and neutral undertones. The reception within the double volume atrium combined with the various types of lounge seating caters to an individual’s privacy as well as engages in an exciting dialogue with the marine panorama outside the glazed façade. The office solution is highly flexible and can at any time be adapted to new requirements and organizational structures. The staff dining facility is designed for both communal as well as private dining, bringing in an element of fun by introducing quirky coloured furniture.
